DigitalRez Australia (DRA) was established in 2001 through a partnership between Australian-based Hospitality Computer Systems (founded in 1985) and DigitalRez International (DRI). This collaboration aimed to develop, market, and support online reservation and booking software products across the Australasian region. DigitalRez International is a shareholder in DigitalRez Australia.

Based in Emu Park, on Queensland's Capricorn Coast, DigitalRez Australia provides comprehensive personalised support to a diverse range of properties, including large Central Reservation Systems, Caravan Parks, Tourism Operators, Backpackers, Indigenous Permit Allocators, Community Markets, Mining & Construction Camps, Kennel & Cattery Boarding facilities, Marinas and Yacht Share coordinators, and various types of accommodation across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. The local Emu Park office houses the Personal Help Desk (24/7 in-person support), Application Documentation, Development/Testing, and Sales and Marketing teams.

Since 2012, DigitalRez Australia has continuously developed and maintained the Australian RezExpert Central Reservation System, tailored for New South Wales National Parks & Wildlife Service (NPWS). This system serves 100’s of campgrounds and hard-roofed accommodation properties, offering Online, On-Premises, and Contact Centre booking options.

DigitalRez International Inc. is a global organisation that powers the RezExpert Software System globally. Founded in 1992 in British Columbia and incorporated in Barbados in 2000, DigitalRez has been delivering innovative reservation software solutions to the camping and accommodation industries worldwide. The system supports a diverse user base, including campgrounds, holiday parks, hotels, motels, hostels, marinas, charter operations, community markets, ticketing systems, and Indigenous permit-to-country systems.

With business now based in Canada, Barbados, New Zealand, USA, and Australia, DigitalRez has over 29 years of experience in providing cutting-edge solutions to the accommodation and hospitality sectors globally. The company’s head office, located in Bridgetown, Barbados, oversees web development, international sales, and application support.
