"We are a small caravan park and have found it difficult to find a booking system that meets our complex service needs. However, since using RezExpert, we we are finding our bookings flow smoothly, customers are paying online without too many difficulties, and there is always someone available to support us with any issues that we might have.

Prior to having this system, we had a paper-based system that consumed a lot of time. Each customer needed numerous calls to confirm bookings, pay deposits, and make final payments. Now, they cannot book without making a payment, and the system reminds all customers to finalise their payments 30 days prior to arrival. This releases administration time to focus on other areas and has reduced my hours by half spent on bookings.
The system allows us to personalise and pre-program emails sent to all customers as well as personalise emails for individual customers.
Clare has been a lifeline, and nothing is too much trouble. If there isn't currently an answer, she will find one or talk to the tech team to see if something can be done to support our needs. She has made the migration easy and achievable, always professional and pleasant, making learning and working with new system achievable and gratifying.

We had WorldPay, the online payment system added to our RezExpert booking platform about 9 months ago. We could not be happier with the decision.
The onboarding process was very simple, after our application was approved by Worldpay, we contacted RezExpert and the system was running within a few days.
There are now days where we have more bookings, booked and paid online than we process in the office. Given our office is open only during the week the online system allows people to book over the weekend, at a time more convenient for many. Prior to this these bookings were lost to online agent platforms. Or it would create a surge of enquiries first thing Monday morning that we would have to staff for.
We have also had an increase in international bookings who prefer booking online for security of payments, and to avoid issues around language and time zone barriers.
However, with the increase in bookings we have had our costs reduced through the decrease in wages. This has seen approximately a 10 -20% decrease in the number of staff needed to handle the phone enquiries. This has made a huge difference to our business as it is seasonal and having the number of trained staff needed for peak period is difficult. It now allows us to have a more even workflow that allows for more time for other administrative tasks to help keep the office running smoothly.
