New South Wales National Parks & Wildlife Service (NSW NPWS)
Implemented progressively from 2003 into high-volume parks, DigitalRez maintained campground property management systems for campground and caravan parks located across the NSW National Parks system.
This relationship continued and developed until 2012 when the New South Wales National Parks & Wildlife Service (NSW NPWS) commissioned DigitalRez to provide the RezExpert Central Reservation System, which continues to this day.
DigitalRez has continually developed the NSW NPWS’s central reservation system to manage their unique variety of bookable inventory [cabins, homesteads, alpine shacks, lighthouse cottages, campsites, group camps, community buildings, tickets and park passes in over 120 locations in New South Wales.
Using RezExpert Central has resulted in significant administrative savings in time and labour, and a reduction in customer service costs. Online booking fee revenue has consistently exceeded budget projections and booking revenue increases year on year. Well over 90% of consumer bookings now occur online!
